I met Annette in 10/2022 during a setup at the Fresno Zoo. A few days later we met and she provided me with lots of information regarding a purchase of a home. Annette was very detailed, knowledgeable and professional I was very impressed because I had never met anyone that took the time to provided all this information one on one. At the time I didn't feel ready because of my current situation but Annette continued to reach out informing me of workshops to gain more knowledge and to consider taking the leap. Annette inforrmed me of grants that I could potentially qualify for which this became a blessing to me since I had no knowledge of where to look. When I finally found the home that was right for my family, after so much back and forth with the sellers Annette made it happen because of her we now have the home my family always waited for.
