I met Annette in 10/2022 during a setup at the Fresno Zoo. A few days later we met and she provided me with lots of information regarding a purchase of a home. Annette was very detailed, knowledgeable and professional I was very impressed because I had never met anyone that took the time to provided all this information one on one. At the time I didn't feel ready because of my current situation but Annette continued to reach out informing me of workshops to gain more knowledge and to consider taking the leap. I finally reached out to Annette at the end of 2024 and told her I was ready and so was she. Annette was there to answer all my questions and concerns and made herself available for me. Annette inforrmed me of grants that I could potentially qualify for which this became a blessing to me since I had no knowledge of where to look. Annette was able to show me every home I wanted to view at the times that worked for me. When I finally found the home that was right for my family, after so much back and forth with the sellers Annette made it happen because of her we now have the home my family always waited for. We are so happy and blessed to have worked with Annette. She is the best I now consider her a friend of the family. Thank you so much for all your help Annette.

Working with the Annette was the best experience ever.I met her 2 years prior and went back to her when I was looking for a rental. She encouraged me to buy and helped with every step of my home buying journey. She is so patient, kind, and soft spoken. She doesn’t mind going to battle for you though. Annette did an amazing job being patient with us and preparing us to be homeowners. She always communicated with us whenever we had questions and helped us a lot throughout the whole process We have worked with her for almost 3 years trying to find a house. A true realtor would sit down with you and breakdown the payments for everything if you were to buy the house. Back when i didn't have stable income and i tried to still buy a house but i i am glad she talked me out of it and to wait a little longer. 3 years later looking back i know back then i would have definitely not been able to afford it. Not all realtors would take the time out of there day to do that for you BUT SHE DID. That is the very reason why I chose to only stick with her and if there is anyone out there that that wants an actual agent and not just them seeing you as any other customer.
